Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, clearance, or hygiene-related products cannot be returned.

Process

1. Email contact@cleanlig.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
